You are not alone

The Jac Lewis Foundation is a charity set up to provide mental health and wellbeing support in the community.

Our Goals

Tackle Stigma

Reduce the stigma of mental health and develop a culture within the community where it is okay to talk about mental health and wellbeing.

Community Support

Provide an easily accessible professional wellbeing and mental health service within communities.

Build Resilience in Communities

Train members of communities to become wellbeing mentors to support others going through difficult times and to help build resilience within communities.

Our Story

In 2019 the Ammanford community was rocked by the sudden death of Jac and through that grief the community came together with a determination to try and prevent as much as possible losing another member of the community to suicide.

The community drive and passion allowed the foundation to become a reality.
