Why It Matters
The Jac Lewis Foundation was born out of our community in Ammanford, and today we’re proud to work across Wales to ensure mental health support is accessible, open and free of stigma.
Whether it’s through our one-to-one services, wellbeing workshops, or our community wellbeing mentor programme, every penny raised helps us build stronger, more resilient communities – and remind people that it’s okay to talk.
Get Involved
Whether you’re a keen golfer or just want to support a great cause, we’d love to see you there.
